Once again we are blessed by having Bob Dylan and His Band Stopping by again on 18th year of his New Ending tour. For some reason Bob really loves playing in New England. Maybe because of his large fan base that in the area. The 66 year old Troubadour never seems to amaze his followers with a true Rock'n Roll experience. Sometimes his voice is very scratchy and a bit nasally but someway and somehow in the end he puts it all together and gives you something new to appreciate his vast talent Even at his worst Bob is better than 99.9% of the live acts at their best.
If you are a Dylan fan or have an appreciation for great talent I would highly recommend going to see Dylan anytime.
I just hope that this never ending tour will not stop anytime soon!
Here are his New England tour dates for the fall:
Kingston, Rhode Island - URI Ryan Center
Bridgeport, Connecticut - Arena At Harbor Yard
Worcester, Massachusetts - DCU Center
Portland, Maine - Cumberland County Civic Center
Manchester, New Hampshire - Verizon Wireless Arena |
Also Elvis Costello and Amos Lee are opening up for Bob.
A few of my friends and I are going to the Worcester show and might try to hit at least one other one along the way.
I totally agree with you. I saw him last August in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on the ball field tour. It was a great show even though it was general admission and we stood for two hours in front of the stage. He's a great showman, a living treasure. Do you know where the best seats are in the Worcester arena?
